The White Coat and the tales of Wendy in the city

Greg received his white coat on Monday. Although his white coat will sit in the closet most of the week while he studies, he does start going into the hospitals in a few weeks. We cannot believe this moment finally has come, and we are loving our life New York already. Wendy came to visit for the ceremony, and we had lots of adventures.

Wendy's first subway ride! This came complete with Wendy discovering that subways jerk as she flew across the car and gracefully broke her fall with a surprised bystander. The fellow riders sure got a show and Wendy got a good laugh.

Most of the trip centered around food. Cupcakes and amazing dinners to be exact. We had amazing Italian the first night, The Spotted Pig a few nights later, and ended with an outdoor cafe on a perfect summer night. In between the food, we did do some sight seeing. Wendy is standing by her dream van in front of the Guggenheim, which she was excited to see in person after taking an architecture class. We truly had an amazing time.

We love you Wendy, and congratulations Greg!

They say you are not supposed to be proud of your children, but does it apply to life partners?

I love seeing Mr. Hall in a white coat, such a Babe!

I can hear Wendys giggles as I write, I am sure she had the time of her life...
